Daniela Hantuchova Wins Final at Indian Wells

Slovakian tennis player Daniela Hantuchova wins her first title in five years in the Pacific Life Open Indian Wells 2007. She defeated second seed Svetlana Kuznetsova six-three and six-four. Hantuchova was only seeded 14th for the tournament but played well to gain a deserved trophy. Her first title came in 2002 at the same event by beating Martina Hingis and this tournament is well liked by the tennis player.

“There’s something special about this place, I love it. I had exactly the same feeling today I had back then against Martina.” explained Daniela Hantuchova
