VTennis News - Andy Murray News Andy Murray Reaches Semi-finals of SAP Open in San Jose - Feb-06Andy Murray lost the opening set to Robin Soderling of Sweden and suffered from a break down in the second set. However, Andrew Murray fought determinedly in order to brake back into the match of which he succeeded and levelled the match at one all. In the final set Andy Murray etched out an early break however, Soderling managed to level the tennis match back to four-four. Murray successfully broke him once again to serve out a gutsy 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 victory. Murray's next opponent will be a Semi-Final clash with Andy Roddick of the USA. “I started off pretty badly,” “I had a late-night match on Thursday and I didn't get to sleep until about 11 o'clock . I returned pretty well in the last two sets .” “I was trying to get myself going because I started the match so sloppy” “It obviously worked. I was a little frustrated at the four or five bad calls on big points.” “You don't want to be unpopular on tour, but when you are on the court you have to do what you have to do to win.” Explained Andy Murray.
